Information collected
Inquiry forms may collect a name, organization, email address, phone number, topic, deadline, donation interest, and the message a visitor chooses to provide. Technical hosting and security systems may also process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to the inquiry, route it to the appropriate organizational contact, protect the site from abuse, and maintain necessary operational records. It is not sold.
Do not submit sensitive information
- Do not submit crisis disclosures through a website form.
- Do not submit medical records or graphic details.
- Do not submit credit-card, bank-account, or Social Security information.
- Do not identify a child or share a child’s private information without authorization.
Access and retention
Access should be limited to people responsible for responding to the inquiry. Leah Matters will retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, legal obligations, safety, or organizational records. Formal retention periods will be published as operations mature.
External services and links
The site is hosted through third-party infrastructure and links to outside organizations. Those services apply their own privacy and security practices.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
Use the contact page and identify the request as a privacy question. Leah Matters will verify the request as appropriate and explain what can be corrected or deleted.
