Source hierarchy
Prefer the provider’s official website, government or public-health directories, and direct confirmation from the provider. Third-party aggregators may identify a lead but are not sufficient by themselves for publication.
Review schedule
Local listings are reviewed at least quarterly. Crisis-contact information is checked more frequently and whenever an official change is announced. A listing may be removed temporarily when verification is uncertain.
Corrections
Reports of a closed service, incorrect phone number, changed eligibility, or unsafe listing are prioritized. Use the contact page and provide an official source when possible.
